Access to and use of this website and the products and services available throughout (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. In addition, you are representing that you are making a purchase for products for your own personal use and not for resale. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

SECTION 1  – OTHER DOCUMENTS

These Terms and Conditions apply unless you have executed a separate purchase agreement with KHANNA JEWELLERS CO W.L.L. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions will be null and void unless agreed to in writing by KHANNA JEWELLERS CO W.L.L.

SECTION 2 – TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Any back order or custom made items would be further discussed via email and the official email from the company or company representative only would be considered binding to the further terms agreed over the official email.

In order to contract with http://www.khannajewellery.com/ if you are underage, you must have supervision under your family member card holder or any other payment gateway solution debit or credit card. http://www.khannajewellery.com/ retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The costs of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) View Cart

The view cart shows the items added to the cart along with the item details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart too. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Proceed To Checkout button to check out of the shop or continue shopping.

(b) Check Out

If you have finished shopping, click on the Proceed To Checkout button. The checkout page will give you the value of the items that you have purchased along with the taxes (if available) on it. Next, select the mode of delivery of the products (for product sales only) and the shipping address. Shipping charges are now calculated and added to the item values. As a final step, select your payment method. If credit card is your chosen option, the order value will be charged to your credit card. Click on the Place Order button to confirm your order. Your order will be created and an email will be sent to you with the order details.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

(d) Prices; Shipping and Handling Charge

All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, for sales/use taxes, and for other government required fees. Separate charges will be shown on the order acknowledgement for each applicable order. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based and calculated on total shipment weight and the region/destination where they will be shipped. The weight of any such shipment is approximated and can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar amount.

(e) TAX & IMPORT FEES NOT INCLUDED

Khanna Jewellers will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information.

At khannajewellery.com we always strive to uphold our strong service attitude. We want you to experience a “100% Customer Satisfaction”. We seriously take care of each after-sale query, and deal with it. If you are not satisfied with any part of your online shopping, you can directly contact our customer service representative to work it out with you.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns – Item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of received if any manufacturing defect is found and reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. We must re-sell the item; hence it is only fair you return it in the exact same condition as we sent it to you namely, the item must be unworn, in the original condition, must be sealed with original company packaging, accompanied by the original product certificate (if any), and original invoice. (Please refer to our Refund Policy for Refunds on Returns).

Refund– A refund is only guaranteed if there is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product. Please note that all our products are handmade or have a handmade process at one stage or the other during the manufacturing process. Therefore, imperfections due to handmade process will not be considered as defects. However, if a refund is authorized, the processing will start from the date of received as we have to do an item verification, quality/authenticity checks and payment reversals. Khanna Jewellers only refund the full amount you paid online, excluding Shipping, Tax & Import Fees collected in your country.

Shipping – We use Fedex or DHL worldwide, within Bahrain and selected GCC countries we may use alternate shipping companies. Our aim is to get your order to you as fast and cost effective as possible, so we use companies who can deliver on this only.

STEP1 – Request for the return via an email and complete the application that you will receive by email. Once return approved place the item(s) in original packaging. Make sure that before you enclose and seal the items, the packaging is complete with original invoices and certificates (if any)  and return it within 7 days from the date you received the item.

STEP2 – Ship the item with return label provided by the Shipping Company and securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package.

STEP3 – Once we received and approved the item as a legitimate return, for refund request, you will receive an email confirmation and your purchase will be refunded against the payment method originally used. It may take 10-15 working days to reflect in your bank.

International Return

The company will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us against the courier (FedEx or DHL) we used for shipping the item(s). Neither item is in good condition, has no damage nor issue, the consignee will be responsible in paying the shipping fee or if duty is assessed in your package.

In the event of failure to return any item(s) to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled through emails and chat, we reserve the right to charge any cost of recovery of the item(s) and you will of course be notified accordingly.

IMPORTANTkhannajewellery.com will not accept items that indicates or shows any signs tampering or modifications on the products and such items will be returned to the sender immediately. khannajewellery.com only sells authentic natural stones and metals unless otherwise specified on your warranty All KHANNA JEWELLERS products details and specifications related to gold weight and diamond details are clearly printed on your product label and/or invoice.

To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the procedure detailed above.
In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled through emails or chat, we reserve the right to charge additional cost of recovery of the item(s).

Conditions
  1. The return is possible only if the product is of incorrect size, received damaged or defective.
  2. The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage with all the original packaging and materials included.
    If the item has been resized, altered or damaged, we won’t be able to offer the exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  3. In case of ring size replacement, we will ship the desired ring size. ALL Shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
Steps to follow

  2. Expect a response from us within 3 working days.
  3. Pack the product and ship it to the address stated in point 4 below with the original gift box. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packed and the gift box should be with a protective cover or bubble wrap so that there are no further damage of goods in transit.

You can be assured of your privacy from us. We will not divulge your personal information to anyone.  All of the personal data received by KHANNA JEWELLERS Co. W.L.L is private and is kept confidential and is used only to process your order. We do not sell or rent our customer list or any personal information to any other person, company or organization. We encrypt order information for your protection using industry-standard SSL encryption. SSL encrypts your personal account information and secures your purchase and credit card information. We do not sell or market your email or order information of our customers to other companies. When you place an order with us, we ask for the standard personal information in our order form such as name, address, email, contact phone number, etc. – in order for us to ship your order to you. This information is kept secure in protected systems. We may use this information to contact you (via email for example) regarding a pending order.

SECTION 2 – INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KHANNA JEWELLERS Co. W.L.L and http://www.khannajewellery.com/ , its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website of your breach of these Terms of Service.

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected. All other clauses remaining in full force and effect. As far as possible, where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub-clause as is permitted by law.

SECTION 4 – WooCommerce

KHANNA JEWELLERS CO W.L.L is built with WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through our data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then it stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Shipping Policy

International

We ship most international packages via FedEx or DHL or as specified. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. So wherever you are, you can get the best advice on the greatest items at the best prices.

KHANNA JEWELLERS Co. W.L.L  allows you to place an Order 24/7 but here are some conditions you need to consider:

Orders placed after 12pm Local Time, Sundays to Thursdays will ship the next business day or earliest possible.

Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm Local Time, to Saturdays will be processed and will ship on Sunday or earliest possible.
